The Manchester Evening News reports that Peter Hook has been auditioning Trafford College student musicians for the chance to appear at a college-sponsored gig at Jabez Clegg on 17th December 2007.
"I think Peter Hook has a different agenda to Simon Cowell," said music curriculum leader Mark Acton.
